XLP’s schools mentoring project is for young people who attend the schools we work in. The project is for those who need a trusted youth worker in their life to support them. Youth workers meet up with a young person for one hour a week over the course of a year.
The project is typically aimed at those who are at risk of exclusion from school, involved in criminal or antisocial behaviour, or isolated from their family and community. |
We have limited spaces on the programme and we depend on the capacity of the youth worker. For this reason, we would encourage you to contact the XLP Youth Worker in your school to discuss the referral before you complete the form to make sure they have time.
