The Board of Trustees meets five times a year, including a day that focuses particularly on vision, strategy and planning. The Board represents a group of people passionate about seeing change in the communities we work and a sustained impact made in young people’s lives. They have strategic oversight for the direction of the organisation and cover a range of relevant skills to ensure we are doing what we were set up to do.
