Head of Training & Culture
Naomi spent over 15 years as a youth worker in Islington before realising Friends clips and friendship bands were no longer cutting it.
She now spends her time in awe of the youth workers at XLP and seeks to support and fuel them through excellent training and a happy working environment. (If happy means cake and colourful rotas, she’s nailing it).
She has recently been reacquainted with essay-writing and will gladly explain at any opportunity why Practical Theology is not an oxymoron. Niche.
She is most likely to be found wherever there is sunshine or, failing that, hugging a radiator.
