Islington – is a great place to live, it has something for everyone no matter what your  taste, culture or background may be. From its many parks (over 100 in fact), to its great transport links, its fabulous bars, cafes and markets to its beautiful architecture, you’re sure to find something for your taste. This borough has a richly diverse in its multicultural mix with over half of the people working in Islington being from non white backgrounds. This vibrant borough also boasts a thriving fringe theatre scene, a wealth of fantastic restaurants and vibrant nightlife.

 

I have recently moved on to an council estate in the heart of Islington and I am really excited about getting stuck into community work and getting to know and understand the young people that  I will be working with.
