The Southwark Arts Showcase was held on Saturday 6th March 2010. It was fantastic evening filled with a variety of performances.

Arts Showcase is an amazing event which gives young people a platform to show off their skills in the performing arts. We run 4 shows every year which include everything from dance to emceeing and metal bands to classical violinists!

XLP’s Arts programme has been running successfully for eight years providing hope, opportunity and support to hundreds of talented young Londoners. At present there are three main strands to XLP’s work in the arts: Arts Showcase, 1-2-1 mentoring and the mobile studio. XLP have been lucky enough to team up with MTV and the Metropolitan police on an amazing new project - a police riot van converted into a state-of-the-aart recording studio in a one off 'pimp my ride' special!
