Degree Placements

At XLP we pride ourselves in offering excellent youth work and want to help others on a professional pathway into a youth work career. In offering qualifications as part of our Experience Year and partnering with universities to offer placements, we hope to create space for up and coming youth workers to grow in their experience and professionalism when working with young people in an urban setting.

We offer placements for youth work degrees to students from a variety of universities and colleges who partner with us including St Mellitus, London School of Theology, Goldsmiths and the University of East London.
